Summary:

Much research is being done in universities about climate change, but CO2 and the temperature both keep rising. The UCSC Earth Futures Institute is hosting a gathering of forefront thinkers and futurists to brainstorm ways that universities can have more impact. Sandy will describe their plans, including opportunities for emeriti to get involved.
