Wondering what to do with extra books?
At some time or another, emeriti generally have to deal with giving away journals and books. Here are some suggestions:

• Topsy Smalley, Instruction Librarian at Cabrillo College, has been collecting books for university students and faculty in Iraq. She says there is a need for new science and engineering texts. Also for English literature and texts on English language and writing.
