Luncheon Meetings

The luncheons for the 2024-2025 academic year are as follows:

• Thursday, September 19, 2024, (UCSC Arboretum Conference Room) (reserve/zoom/cancel/decline)

• Thursday, November 14, 2024, (UCSC Arboretum Conference Room) (reserve/zoom/cancel/decline)

• Thursday, January 16, 2025, (UCSC Arboretum Conference Room) (reserve/zoom/cancel/decline)

• Thursday, May 15, 2025, (UCSC Arboretum Conference Room) (reserve/zoom/cancel/decline)

Reservations or cancellations must be made by 7 days before at 4pm. Cancellations after that or no-shows will be billed for the meal. Our "Reminder to Register" will not be sent to those who have already responded by any of the three options: Register, Cancel, or Decline. A list of reserved attendees will be sent to each attendee after the close of reservations. We assemble at 11:30 a.m. for pre-meal socializing. A buffet lunch begins at noon, and the speaker is introduced at about 12:40 p.m. You are welcome to join us only to hear the speaker if you can’t make the lunch. The talks are informal, with friendly comments and questions during and harmonious discussion after. Adjournment is not later than 2 p.m.

Reservations are required for the luncheon. The deadline for reserving or cancelling is 4pm seven days before the Luncheon. If you wish to join us and/or to be on our email reminder list, please contact Judith Aissen, Secretary. There is a charge of $30.00 for each luncheon for members, $30.00 for guests.
